This process is only for Association Staff.
If you have a violation that has not been corrected in an acceptable timeframe, first escalate to the Association CEO. If such a case remains unresolved, then open a new ticket with the subject of "Unresolved Violation". In the ticket the following information is required:
- ML # for all related listings
- ID for all related parties
- Details of when the case was initial submitted and escalated.
- Details about the violation (lack of detail may result in your request being returned to you).
- Expected outcome of the violation processing.
ROAM will work with the owning association to correct the violation.
Per the ROAM BOM decision on 5/12/25, for any violation that is perceived to have a risk to ROAM, ROAM staff may modify the listing to correct said violation.
ROAM Staff violation corrections include the following:
- A review of the details of the case
- Best efforts to determine if the violation is a risk.
- An email to the owning association's CEO detailing the issues, changes, and relevant listing details to document the correction.
- Relevant changes to the listing.
- A copy of the handling will be sent to the ROAM Executive Committee.
It will still remain the responsibility of the owning association to process the violation, levy any sanctions, or take necessary corrective actions with the subscriber and/or participant.
