Data Replication Through ROAM DB

All listing and roster data move between the MLS systems via RDS (ROAM Data Service, aka Regional Data Service, aka ROAM DB).  The time it takes new records and updates to make it from one MLS system to another will vary depending upon how much data is being moved at a given time.  We ask our vendors to support an informal industry standard of "15 minutes per leg".  A leg is any connection between an MLS system to RDS.  For example, when a listing is input into Matrix, we expect it will make it to RDS within 15 minutes. Then that listing going from RDS to Paragon will also take 15 minutes, making the total transfer time of 30 minutes.  But this is a requested average.  Times will vary, and we ask a total of 2 hours be given before reporting an issue to ROAM Support.
